How it works

Pre-orders are offered by the pound, with a minimum of five pounds and a maximum of thirty pounds of meat per order. Pickup times are offered in half-hour windows. We are closed on Mondays. When you arrive, your order is sliced to order; sauces, pickles, onions, and bread are included.

Order quantity

Pre-orders must total between five and thirty pounds of meat. Build your cart in pounds or links; we show a running total as you add items.

Wait times

Meat is sliced when you arrive, so you may experience a short wait during busy windows. Arrive within your selected pickup time.

Parking

Limited dedicated spaces are available on site. Additional street parking may be available nearby; please read posted signs.

Payment

Orders are paid in full online. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees per our policies. See terms for refund details.
