How it works

Pre-orders are offered by the pound, with a minimum of five pounds and a maximum of thirty pounds of meat per order. Pickup times are offered in 15-minute windows. We are closed Monday–Thursday. When you arrive, your order is sliced to order; sauces, pickles, onions, and bread are included.


Pickup dates

Ordering opens 30 days ahead. We are closed Monday–Thursday. Choose an available day and time window before you build your order.

Order quantity

Pre-orders must total between five and thirty pounds of meat. Build your cart in pounds or links; we show a running total as you add items.

Wait times

Meat is sliced when you arrive, so you may experience a short wait during busy windows. Arrive within your selected pickup time.

Payment

Orders are paid in full online. Cancellations may be subject to processing fees per our policies. See terms for refund details.
